All features included in a subscription must be used within the active 30-day period. If the subscription expires, any unused listings, visibility features, or related benefits are automatically forfeited and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.
In addition to subscription plans, the platform offers standalone paid services, including blog articles, press releases, featured blog posts, and featured penthouse listings. These services are subject to their own visibility durations and conditions, which are specified at the time of purchase.
All submitted content is subject to editorial review. 123Penthouses reserves the right to request revisions, refuse publication, or remove content at any time if it does not meet the platform’s standards or violates these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Platform Role and Liability

9. Commissions and Transactions


For rental properties featured on the platform, 123Penthouses may receive a commission on bookings completed through the website.
